Four point contact bearings for axial load in both directions

Some mechanisms require axial load support in both directions with minimal space. Four point contact bearings provide this by splitting the inner ring and shaping the raceways for two contact points per ball. SCR Rotterdam supplies these compact solutions for valves, turntables and precision drives.

Where they fit best

Use four point contact bearings when you need bi-directional thrust capability and limited radial load. They are often paired with a separate radial bearing for complete support. If your application needs higher radial strength, compare with cylindrical rollers. For adjustable combined loads, review angular contact.
